Starter Options - Choose Either


Ham hock and pea terrine, heritage carrot, spiced apple, grain mustard


Beetroot cured salmon, horseradish crème fraiche, pickled cucumber


Main Options - Choose Either


Norfolk turkey, potato terrine, brussels sprouts, port and chestnut croquette


Seabream, salt baked celeriac, sea vegetables, sherry sauce


Vegetarian - Starter and Main


Starter - Heritage beetroot, Ashlynn goats' cheese, black olive (v)

with

Main - Potato gnocchi, pumpkin, sage and hazelnut butter sauce (v)


Dessert Options - Choose One


Valrhona chocolate and banana Delice, peanut brittle


Yuzu and Blackcurrant slice, Yuzu gel, Meringue


Blackberry and vanilla creme brulee, vanilla poached blackberries, caramel crunch


Wine

Pre-orders of your menu choices are needed so take a moment to savour the menu and then decide on what you'd like to eat on the day. Our events team will be in touch with your Table Hosts or directly if you've booked an individual ticket.


There are two choices for Starter and Main and three for Dessert. The vegetarian options come together so if you want the Beetroot starter then you will also have the Gnocci main.
