AWTE and WTM London to present ‘an audience with’ burnout specialist Kelly Swingler

The Association of Women Travel Executives (AWTE) is delighted to announce that they have partnered with Kelly Swingler, executive coach, burnout expert, inspirational speaker, and author for their next ‘an audience with’ event. This event will be held at with WTM London and will take place on the Future Stage on Wednesday 9 November. During this inspiring talk, Kelly will share her story from Burnout to Breakthrough and Beyond.

Kelly is passionate about preventing burnout and helping women to live and lead a core-led life. In 2013, after a 15-year leadership career, Kelly was burnt out, exhausted and missing out on life with her family. She realised that the way we are all working, isn’t working. How we are taught to define success is outdated and it doesn’t have to be this way. Today, she helps women from all over the world to succeed without giving up their career or jeopardising their wellbeing.

Kelly has previously held audiences with BBC Radio, BBC News, ITV, LUSH, Engagement Excellence Summit), PWN, BTN, and more!

Lindsay Garvey Jones, Chair of the AWTE says: “I am absolutely delighted that Kelly has agreed to join us at WTM London. Kelly is a real inspiration, and clearly understands all about burn-out and how to address the work life balance that we all struggle with in a 24/7 travel industry. We are excited to hear what advice she has for us all. In addition, for all attendees registered through the AWTE, we will be providing a complimentary copy of Kelly’s book, ‘Mind the Gap’.Mind the Gap tells the story of Kelly’s burnout: how she felt, how she recovered, and what happened next. It’s not been written as a self-help book, but many have found her story helpful. Kelly’s Mind the Gap talk is the most requested talk, specifically to women-only audiences, although this session is open to all.”
