The AWTE are delighted to be partnering with the Smart Works as our charity of choice for 2024 & 2025

Smart Works is a charity which empowers women to succeed.   They support unemployed women with clothing and coaching to help them succeed at job interview and transform their loves.   In 2022, Smart Works delivered over 7,600 appointments to women in need across the UK. 72% of women they helped before an interview went on to succeed and get the job!  Smart Works run fashion shows with lots of designers support, lots of sporting challenges etc.
