AWTE She Shines: A series of self-discovery sessions which will take place at lunchtime. Each session is a step towards a brighter, more confident you.

Resilience in the Workplace: The Art of Balanced Strength Explore how to balance strength with vulnerability, embrace authenticity, and build a supportive network. Learn practical strategies to foster resilience and empower each other, including: 🌸 Embrace Vulnerability: Share your challenges and setbacks to foster mutual support. 🌸 Practice Self-Compassion: Be kind to yourself and see mistakes as growth opportunities. 🌸 Build a Support Network: Connect with mentors, peers, and allies for guidance and encouragement. 🌸 Set Boundaries: Protect your well-being by setting clear work-life boundaries. 🌸 Celebrate Small Wins: Acknowledge and celebrate your achievements to boost morale.

This lunch and learn session will provide you with an insight into our Personal Development programme which will be all about developing you, to help you create positive change in your lives and becoming the best version of yourself. The programme launch will be hosted by our very Debbie O'Neill, our Development Director, who will be taking the lead for our members in 2024. Debbie is a qualified NLP Practitioner and certified Womens Coach.
