About the Event

Brain fog, fatigue, physical pains, feelings of emptiness, constant cold or flu symptoms, forgetfulness, anxieties, irregular sleep, quick to anger, avoiding people, struggling to make effective decisions are all some of the symptoms of stress and burnout.

This session looks deeper at recognising the signs of stress and burnout that we can experience from time to time and have a strategy ready to combat those signs before they worsen.

Focusing on wellness and work, life balance we look at how burnout and stress impacts our business not just in resource but financially too and what businesses can do to support their employees to avoid burnout and stress becoming a factor.
