Community Contributor Programme
Give what you’re good at. Belong while you do.
Community Contributors make an ongoing, meaningful contribution to AWTE’s mission through their time, expertise, network or practical support. In recognition, AWTE may waive membership fees while they remain actively engaged.
How approval works
Every application goes to the AWTE Board for approval. We aim to let you know the Board’s decision within 14 days. Contributor status is awarded at the Board’s discretion, and the Board may cap the number of Community Contributors at any one time.
What you receive
- Complimentary AWTE membership for the 12 months
- Inclusion in contributor updates and planning sessions
- Recognition of your contribution where appropriate
What we ask
- Act in line with AWTE’s values
- Complete your agreed contribution activities
- Let us know if your circumstances change
- Be a positive ambassador for AWTE
Status is granted for 12 months, reviewed after 6 months by the Chair and relevant Director, and renewed annually by mutual agreement. AWTE may withdraw contributor status if the agreed contribution is not delivered.
